摘    要:
目的通过观察并比较变形链球菌(mutans streptococci,MS)在三组热凝树脂试件表面的粘附情况,探讨洗必泰涂料作为义齿抗菌剂应用于临床的可能性。方法制备5.0cm×1.0cm×0.2cm的热凝树脂试件30个,根据40%洗必泰(氯己啶,chlorhexidine,CHX)涂料的涂布情况分为三组,定期采集试件上菌斑样本,进行细菌学分析。结果使用40%CHX涂料后,两个实验组试件表面的变形链球菌在一段时间内(实验组1,12周;实验组2,16周)处于低水平状态,与空白对照组相比均存在着显著性差异(P〈0.01或P〈0.05)。结论 40%CHX对热凝树脂表面的变形链球菌具有长效选择性抑制作用。隔周内使用二次其抑制时间和抑制程度上要强于一周内只使用一次。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the possibility of clinical application of chlorhexidine varnish as a denture antimicrobial by observing and comparing adhesion of Streptococcus mutans(mutans streptococci,MS) on the surface of three groups of heat-curing resin samples.Methods Thirty 5.0cm×1.0cm×0.2cm heat-curing resin samples were made and divided into three groups according to the 40% chlorhexidine(CHX) coating of paint.Plaque samples on the specimen were collected on a regular basis and bacteriological analysis was made.Results After using 40% CHX,the numbers of Streptococcus mutans in the two experimental groups decreased for a long time(experimental group 1,12 weeks;experimental group 2,16 weeks),which had significant differences compared with that in the blank control group(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion Forty percent CHX has a long-lasting selective effect on controlling adhesion of Streptococcus mutans to heat-curing resin surface.The duration and degree of inhibition is stronger in using two times every other week than using only once a week.
