摘    要:
严重感染是目前重症监护患者主要的死亡原因,其根本机制在于全身炎性反应综合征.血液净化可以通过滤过、吸附等作用清除中、大相对分子质量的炎性介质,有助于严重感染的治疗.探明和理解这些清除细胞毒素及调整细胞因子的机制对控制炎性反应很有必要.对流、弥散和吸附也不应该被看作血液净化技术的竞争机制,而更应该作为互相补充的机制被加以利用.

Abstract:
Severe infection is the primary cause of death in the intensive care unit. The key mecha- nism of severe infection is systemic inflammatory reaction syndrome. Continuous blood purification(CBP) is helpful for the treatment by removing medium and large molecular weight inflammatory mediators through filtration and adhesion. A better understanding of how these therapies work by modulating the cytotoxic and cytokinetic effects of inflammatory mediators is essential. Convection, diffusion, and adsorp- tion probably should not be seen as competitive mechanisms for blood purification but rather as comple- mentary ones.
