白细胞介素17与疾病关系的研究进展

白细胞介素17（IL-17）,是一种主要由Th17产生的促炎细胞因子,通过诱导内皮细胞等释放炎性因子和趋化因子、通过刺激中性粒细胞的募集和活化参与炎性反应、免疫应答等过程,IL-17与其受体结合后,作用于多种细胞发挥其生物学功能.目前研究证实,IL-17及其相关细胞因子在抵御细菌和真菌感染以及自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等疾病的发病过程中有着非常重要的作用.该文主要对IL-17与多种疾病的关系及其在这些疾病的发生、发展过程中的作用进行概述.

Research Progress of Relationship between Interleukin 17 and Diseases

Proinflammatory cytokine intedeukin-17 （IL-17）is mainly generated by Thl7 cells. IL-17 can promote a variety of cells to release inflammatory factors, can mediate the inflammatory response and immune response through stimulating the neutrophil recruitment and activation. Current studies demonstrate that IL-17 cells and related cytokines have a very important role in the process of protection against bacterial and fungal infections and autoimmune diseases, cancer and other diseases. Here is to make a review of the relationship between interleukin-17 and a range of diseases and its roles in the genesis and development of the diseases.
