老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的临床分析

目的 探析老年重症心力衰竭急诊内科治疗的临床疗效.方法 随机选取保定市第一中心医院于2010年1月至2012年8月收治的老年重症心力衰竭患者96例,其中高血压引发的重症心力衰竭33例,冠心病引发的25例,肺心病引发的22例,扩张型心肌病引发的11例,其他原因引发的5例.对各类患者给予不同的药物治疗,对比治疗前后患者心功能、左心室射血分数、血压和心率等有无变化,从而判断治疗效果.结果 入院治疗2周后,各类患者治疗后的心功能、左心室射血分数、血压、心率等方面与治疗前比较,均有显著改善,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 根据病因选择治疗方案的对症治疗方式在急诊内科治疗老年重症心力衰竭效果显著.

Clinical Analysis of Elderly Patients with Severe Heart Failure Treatment in the Emergency Internal Medicine

Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of emergency medical treatment for elderly patients with severe heart failure. Methods During Jan. 2010 and Aug. 2012 from Baoding First Central Hospital 96 cases of elderly patients with severe heart failure were randomly selected, including 33 cases caused by hyper- tension,25 cases caused by coronary heart disease,22 cases caused by pulmonary heart disease,ll eases caused by dilated cardiomyopathy, and 5 eases caused by other reasons, different medications were given according to the different causes, and the cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction, blood pressure and heart rate ehanges before and after treatment were compared, in order to determine the therapeutic effect. Results After hospitalization of two weeks, cardiac function, left ventricular ejection fraction, blood pres- sure,heart rate and other aspects were significantly improved after treatment, with statistically significant difference（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion It＇s clinically proven that treatment options according to the cause in the emergency medical treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure have significant effect.
