摘    要:
磷脂酰肌醇3-激酶/丝氨酸-苏氨酸蛋白激酶(PI3K/Akt)信号通路参与调控细胞代谢、增殖、分化和凋亡.研究表明,椎间盘细胞数量减少、基质降解在椎间盘退行性变过程中起着关键作用.PI3K/Akt信号途径通过介导上调基质蛋白多糖的表达、促进椎间盘细胞的增殖和抑制椎间盘细胞的凋亡等,对延缓椎间盘退行性变进程起着重要作用.因此,对PI3K/Akt信号通路作用的分子机制深入研究,有助于对椎间盘退行性变发病机制的理解和寻找有效的干预措施.

Abstract:
PI3K/Akt signaling pathway is involved in the regulation of cell metabolism, proliferation, differentiation and apoptosis. Numerous studies have shown that reduction of disc cells and matrix degradation play a key role in the process of disc degeneration. Recent researches indicate that PI3K/Akt signaling path- way play an important role in delaying the process of disc degeneration via up-regulating matrix proteoglycan expression,increasing disc cells proliferation and inhibiting apoptosis of the cells. Therefore, the further inves- tigation of molecular mechanisms of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway may contribute to the understanding of disc degeneration and to find effective interventions.
