| 摘 要： | 作为眼内填充物,硅油的出现极大地推动了玻璃体视网膜手术的发展,许多以前无法治疗的复杂视网膜脱离,如今已可获得视网膜解剖复位和视力的提高.目前临床上较常用的有两种硅油：传统硅油和重硅油.两种硅油有各自不同的理论背景、理化性质、优缺点和术后并发症,理论上两种硅油不同的理化性质决定其在视网膜脱离复位术中的不同运用.混合硅油的使用在治疗同时发生在上方及下方的视网膜脱离方面取得了较好的效果. |

| Abstract: | As intraocular agent,the emergence of silicone oil promotes the development of vitrcoretinal surgery. Many patients with complicated retinal detachment which cannot be cured before can obtain anatomi- cal reattachment and the visual acuity improvement. There are the traditional silicone oil and the heavy sili- cone oil in clinic. The theoretical background, physicochemical property, the advantages, the disadvantages and complications of the two kinds of silicone oil arc different, which determine the different application of them in ttinal detachment recovery surgery. The use of the mixture of silicone oil has good efficacy in both upper and lower retinal detachment. |
