| 摘 要： | 目的 观察白藜芦醇(resveratrol,Res)对重症急性胰腺炎(severe acute pancreatitis,SAP)大鼠血液流变学的影响.方法 36只大鼠随机分为假手术组、SAP组、Res治疗组(Res,10 mg/kg)3组,每组12只.各组大鼠于制模后第6小时剖杀,检测各组大鼠的血液流变学指标、红细胞脆性及胰腺病理学.结果 SAP组大鼠全血黏度、血浆黏度及红细胞压积均显著升高,红细胞脆性增加;红细胞沉降率和纤维蛋白原降低.而Res组以上各项指标均显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 Res能有效改善SAP大鼠血液流变学异常,保护胰腺组织.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of resveratrol(Res) on hemorrheologic alternation of rats with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods Thirty-six rats were divided into three groups: control group,SAP model group and Res treated group.Rats were sacrificed at 6 h after inducing SAP model.The pathological changes of pancreas were observed under light microscope.Blood samples were obtained from SAP rats for hemorrhelogic examination.Results Blood viscosity,plasma viscosity and hematocrit were significantly elevated,while erythrocyte sedimentation rate and fibrinogen were decreased significantly in SAP rats compared with the sham operation group.But the parameters of Res group were amelioration.Conclusion Res can efficatiously ameliorate the hemorrheologic abnormality and protect the pancreatic tissues of SAP rats. |
