| 摘 要： | 垂体肿瘤转化基因（PTTG）是一个新近从垂体瘤组织中分离出的癌基因，其在许多肿瘤组织及高度增生性组织中过度表达。研究表明，妇科肿瘤，如子宫肌瘤、卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌中普遍存在PTTG表达的变化．并与卵巢癌和子宫内膜癌的临床分期、淋巴结转移和预后有重要关系，同时与子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度密切相关。提示该基因在上述妇科肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要的作用。

| Abstract: | Pituitary tumor transforming gene(PTTG) is a noval oncogene extracted from pituitary tumors and it over expressed in many tumors and hyperplasia tissues.It was suggested that there are some changes in the expression of the pituitary tumor transforming gene in gynecological tumors such as uterine leiomyoma, ovarian cancer, and endometrial carcinoma.The expression level of PTTG correlated with FIGO stage, Lymphatic metastasis and prognosis in ovarian and endometrial carcinomas.PTTG expression is also correlat... |
