通辽市部分蒙古族牧民空腹血糖状况调查

目的了解通辽市部分蒙古族牧民空腹血糖异常率及其与性别、年龄、吸烟、饮酒、文化水平、体质指数、腰围等因素的关系,为评估本地区糖尿病现状并采取相应的预防措施,提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样方法,对通辽市部分牧区蒙古族牧民共1108人进行调查,并进行危险因素分析。结果空腹血糖异常率随年龄增长而增高,50岁年龄组高达25.9%。当腰围（WC）男≥85cm、女≥80cm时,空腹血糖异常率是WC男〈85cm、女〈80cm时的2倍,经趋势性χ2检验,空腹血糖异常率随WC的增加而增加（P〈0.05）。结论腰围的增加和年龄的增长是空腹血糖异常的主要危险因素。

Survey on fasting blood glucose among the Morngolian herdsmen in pastoral areas of Tongliao City Wanggliao City

Objective To understand the relationship between abnormity of fasting blood glucose(FBG)and gender,age,smoking,drinking,education level,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC)among the Mongolian herdsmen in pastoral areas of Tongliao City,so as to evaluate diabetes status and provide scientific evidence for developing corresponding prevention measures.Methods Cluster random sampling was used to identify 1108 Mongolian herdsmen in Tongliao City,and risk factor for abnormality of FBG were analyzed.Results The abnormality rate of FBG increased with age,reaching 25.9% for the participants aged 50 and over.Among females with WC beyond 80cm and males with WC beyond 85cm,the abnormality rate of FBG was two times that of participants with smaller WC.Conclusion Age and WC were identified as risk factors for abnormality of FBG.
