| 摘 要： | 目的 观察逐瘀通脉胶囊预防性治疗偏头痛性眩晕的临床疗效.方法 将31例偏头痛性眩晕病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予逐瘀通脉胶囊口服,2粒/次,3次/d;对照组给予尼莫地平片口服,20 mg/次,3次/d,1个月为1疗程,随访3个月.观察两组临床疗效.结果 治疗组在控制病人眩晕发作次数、天数、程度方面均超过对照组,... |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhu Yu Tong Mai capsule in the treatment of migraine-associated vertigo（MV）.Methods 31 cases of MV were randomized into the therapeutic group and the control group.The therapeutic group was given Zhu Yu Yong Mai capsule,2 capsules once,3 times per day while the control group was given Nimodipine tablets 20 mg once,3 times per day.The course of the treatment was one month and we followed 3 months after therapy to observe the clinical effect of the two groups.Results The therapeutic group was more effective in control of frequency,continuous days and degree of pain than control group,the difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Zhu Yu Tong Mai caosule has a definite effect on the treatment of migraine-associated vertigo and it is worth of clinical application. |
