斯普林联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床观察

目的观察斯普林联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效及一般状况的改善情况。方法将40例患者随机分为两组,单纯化疗组（对照组）20例采用西他滨加顺铂（GP方案）：吉西他滨1000mg/m^2,第1,8,15d,顺铂15mg/m^2第1～5d,4周为一周期。治疗组20例,化疗方案同对照组,并于每周期第1d开始静脉滴注斯普林8ml,连用15d,两周期结束后对近期疗效、毒副作用及生存质量进行评价。结果治疗组第8,15d,患者外周血小板计数较对照组明显增多,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）;治疗组较对照组患者生活质量（KPS）明显改善,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论斯普林联合化疗能明显提高有效率,降低不良反应,改善生存质量,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical study of combined sipulin injection with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the effects of sipulin combination chemotherapy for the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）and improvement of common symptoms.Methods Forty patients with NSCLC were randomly divided into two groups.Twenty patients treated by GP regimen combined with sipulin.Twenty patients were treated with GP regimen alone.Sipulin was used from the first day of each chemotherapy cycle for consecutive 15 days and the dosage was 8 ml/d.GP regimen included gemcitabine 1000 mg/m^2 on the 1st,8th and 15th days,and cisplatin 15 mg/m^2 from the 1st to the 5th day.The treatment was repeated every four weeks.The efficacy and side effect and quality of life were compared after two cycles of chemotherapy between the two treatment groups.Results Compared with the control group,platelet counts increased significantly（P〈0.05）on the 8th and 15th day in sipulin combination chemotherapy group.The quality of life was also significantly enhanced than that in control group after treatment（P=0.0347）.Conclusion Sipulin in combination with GP regimen can be used for the treatment of advanced NSCLC.Sipulin combined chemotherapy is effective.It reduces the side effect of GP regimen and improves the quality of life of the patients.
