| 摘 要： | 目的比较三步针刺法与普通针刺法治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法将78例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组(三步针刺法)与对照组(普通针刺法)各39例。两组均连续治疗6天为1个疗程,4个疗程后比较疗效,并比较两组患者肩关节活动相关性疼痛、压痛及肩关节活动功能积分的变化。结果治疗组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率85.71%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后肩关节活动相关性疼痛、压痛、肩关节活动功能的积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),且治疗组对以上指标的改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三步针刺法治疗肩周炎在即刻止痛和改善关节活动度方面都优于普通针刺法。
