| 摘 要： | 目的观察消岩汤联合125I粒子及热疗治疗中晚期肺癌的临床疗效。方法将39例中晚期肺癌患者随机分为消岩汤组、消岩汤+粒子组(先服用消岩汤3天,后行125I粒子植入术)、消岩汤+粒子+热疗组(先服用消岩汤3天,后行125I粒子植入术,术后第7天行体外高频热疗),3组均连续治疗8天。治疗前后检查胸部CT进行瘤体比较、评价K arnofsky评分、体重变化,并进行免疫功能指标(NK细胞、T细胞亚群)、肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞角质素19片段(CYFRA-21)]水平检测。结果在缩小瘤体方面,3组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),消岩汤+粒子+热疗组治疗后,以缩小(PR)和稳定(SD)为主;在K arnofsky评分、体重变化、免疫功能方面,3组治疗前后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),消岩汤和消岩汤+粒子+热疗组呈现改善患者机体状态的趋势;在提高生存质量方面,消岩汤可有效改善患者疲倦、失眠及食欲丧失症状(P<0.05)。结论消岩汤与125I粒子内放疗配合体外高频热疗,治疗中晚期肺癌疗效肯定,并具有协同作用。
