强手棋游戏在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用

目的探讨强手棋游戏在糖尿病患者健康教育中的应用方法及效果。方法将98例2型糖尿病患者随机分为常规组和游戏组各49例,常规组采用传统方法进行糖尿病健康教育,如进行口头教育、举办健康教育讲座、发放健康教育资料等;游戏组在此基础上,采用强手棋游戏形式对患者进行个性化的健康教育,包括观看动画片学习、相关知识竞赛及表彰等环节。结果两组健康教育知识掌握情况及患者对护理工作满意程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论健康教育强手棋游戏能够调动糖尿病患者参加健康教育的积极性,从而提高治疗的依从性,为糖尿病患者健康教育提供了新的形式。

Applicationof monopoly chess game in health education for diabetes patients

Objective To explore the effect of monopoly chess game used in health education for diabetes patients.Methods Totally,98 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into a conventional group and a play group,with 49 cases in each group.Conventional group were subjected to such traditional health education as oral education,seminars,issuing education materials,etc,while the play group additionally were given education similar to monopoly chess games.Namely,patients were asked to watch animated movies for learning,they were organized to take part in the knowledge competition,and the winners were recognized.Results Knowledge level of health education contents and satisfaction with nursing work had significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Health education mimicking monopoly chess game mobilizes diabetes patients′ enthusiasm to participate in health education,improves treatment adherence,and serves as a new educational method.
