针灸结合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫患者35例临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的探讨针灸结合康复训练治疗脑卒中偏瘫临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2005年5月至2007年5月收治的35例脑卒中后遗症,进行针灸及康复训练治疗的临床效果,并与同期35例采用药物治疗的患者进行比较。结果经过3个月的治疗后评定疗效,显效患者23例,占65.7%;有效患者6例,占17.1%;无效患者6例,占17.1%,总有效率82.9%。对照组显效患者14例,占40.0%;有效患者8例,占22.9%;无效患者13例,占37.1%,总有效率62.9%。两组间总有效率相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论针灸疗法结合康复训练可以提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的生活质量。

Abstract:Objective To explore the treatment of acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training for hemiplegic stroke clinical efficacy. Methods Aretrospective review in May 2005 - May 2007 treated 35 patients with stroke after-effects, acupuncture and rehabilitation training to conduct the clinical effects of treatment, and with the same period 35 cases of patients with drug therapy were compared. Results After 3 months of treatment, assessment of efficacy, effective in 23 patients, accounting for 65.7%; effective 6 patients, accounting for 17.1%; ineffective 6 patients, accounting for 17.1%, the total effective rate 82.9%. Control group, 14 cases of patients with markedly, accounting for 40.0%; effective 8 patients, accounting for 22.9%; ineffective in patients with 13 cases, accounting for 37.1% of the total effective rate 62.9%. The total effective rate between the two groups statistically significant difference compared to (P〈0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training can improve the quality of fife of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
