膦甲酸钠治疗脑动脉硬化症19例分析

目的:探讨抗病毒治疗脑动脉硬化症的疗效。方法:19例脑动脉硬化症患者,经检测外周血白细胞HC-MV-PP65抗原证实呈HCMV活动性感染状态,同时行颈动脉超声检查。所有患者应用膦甲酸钠(PFA)抗病毒治疗,每次3.0克,每日一次,静脉点滴。结果:疗效显著,有效率达89.5%(17/19),治疗10～18天后复查HCMV-PP65抗原转阴率78.9%(15/19),治疗结束后均转阴。6例复查颈动脉超声,4例软斑消失,1例软斑较前略变小。结论:抗病毒药物应用为脑动脉硬化症患者的治疗提供了一个新方法。

Analysis of 19 Patients with Ceroarterosclerosis Treated by Plosphonoformic Acid

Object: To investigate the effects of antiviral therapy in patients with ceroarterosclerosis (CAS). Methods: Human cytomegalovirus(HCMV) active infection in 19 patients with CAS were confirmed by detecting HCMV-PP65 antigen in perepheral blood leukocytes, and at the same time, carotid arteria ultrasonic examination were carried out. All patients were treated with phosphonoformic acid,3.0 g once a day, iv. Observing the effect. Result: It is useful in the treatment by PFA. 89.5% patients treated by antiviral therapy is effective, and double-checking HCMV-PP65 after 10~18 day's antiviral therapy, 78.9% of patients' were negative, and all were negative after trerapy finished. Six cases were detected by carotid arteria ultrasonic examination after trerapy finished, among them, four case's soft plaque disappeared, one case's soft plaque became smaller than before. Conclusion: It is a new measure to treat patients with CAS by antiviral therapy.
