| 摘 要： | 目的探讨穴位埋线配合健脾祛痰中药对肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者糖脂代谢的影响。方法将肥胖型PCOS患者随机分为针药组、中药组、针灸组3组,分别予穴位埋线配合加减苍附导痰汤、单纯加减苍附导痰汤、单纯穴位埋线治疗。观察患者体重指数(BMI)、腰围及糖脂代谢的变化。结果BMI、腰围值、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)3组治疗后均较治疗前明显改善(P0.05),其中针药组、针灸组BMI、腰围值治疗后均明显低于中药组(P0.05),FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、HDL-C治疗后改善情况针药组明显优于中药组及针灸组(P0.05),针药组总胆固醇(TC)治疗后较治疗前明显降低(P0.05),中药组及针灸组治疗前后无统计学差异(P0.05)。结论健脾祛痰中药和穴位埋线在治疗肥胖型PCOS患者中起协同作用,共同达到降低体重、改善糖脂代谢,疗效优于单纯中药治疗或单纯穴位埋线治疗。
