急性床边超声心动图的临床应用价值

目的 :探讨急诊床边超声心动图在协助临床诊断、鉴别诊断及干预治疗中的应用价值。方法 :回顾性分析我院 2 0 0 1年 5月至 2 0 0 3年 2月间行急诊床边超声心动图检查共 6 9例患者的资料。结果 :床边超声心动图检查的阳性率 95 .6 5 % (6 6 / 6 9) ,其中 ,冠心病 31例 (4 4 .93% ,包括心肌梗死 2 0例 ) ,心外科手术后 18例 (2 6 .0 9% ,其中换瓣术后11例 ,先心病术后 2例 ,冠心病搭桥术后 5例 ) ,心包积液 5例 (7.2 5 % ) ,主动脉夹层 4例 (5 .80 % ) ,心肌病 2例 (2 .90% ) ,高心病 2例 (2 .90 % ) ,瓣膜病 1例 (1.4 5 % ) ,心脏肿瘤 1例 (1.4 5 % ) ,肺心病 1例 (1.4 5 % ) ,其他 5例 (7.2 5 % )。结论 :急诊床边超声心动图对胸痛和腹痛、呼吸困难、急性左心衰、急性心肌梗死、晕厥、栓塞等的诊断和鉴别诊断 ,对各种急症抢救、病情监测、疗效评价及预后判断等具有重要的临床价值。

Evaluation of Echocardiography in Beside Application for Emergent Patients

Purpose To investigate the value of echocardiography in the emergency clinica for diagnosis, distiguishable diagnosis and therapy. Mehtods Total 69 patients were examined retrospectively. Results Positive diagnosis were derived including 31 CAD, 18 postoperative patients, 5 pleural effusions, 4 aortic dessection, 2 hypertension heart disease, 1 vavle heart disease, 1 cardic tumor, 1 pulmonary heart disease and 5 others. Conclusion We are confident that echocardiography is valuable and significant for diagnosis a lot different kinds of emergent disease at bedside.
