2型老年糖尿病患者左心血液动力学特征

目的 :观察 2型老年糖尿病患者左心血液动力学变化。方法 :应用超声心动力检测并计算患者左房内径(L AD) ,左室舒张血液频谱 E峰与 A峰比值 (E/ A) ,左室短轴收缩率 (FS) ,左室泵血分数 (EF) ,并与老年健康组比较。结果 :184例 2型老年糖尿病患者 L AD较对照组增大 (33.0± 3.5 ) mm和 (30 .0± 2 .3) mm,P<0 .0 1,E/ A较对照组减小 (0 .81± 0 .0 8和 1.0 2± 0 .10 ,P<0 .0 1) ,FS较对照组减低 (2 3.8± 3.6 ) %和 (2 7.3± 2 .1) % ,P<0 .0 1) ,EF较对照组降低 (5 0 .9± 4 .8) %和 (5 3.3± 6 .9) % ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :2型老年糖尿病患者因心血管受累致左心血流动力学明显降低 ,超声心动图检查有助于发现其左心血液动力学的异常改变

Left Heart Hemodynamic Characters in Ederly Patients with 2 Type Diabetes Mellitus

Objective To observe the left heart hemodynamic characters in the elderly patients with 2 type diabetes mellitus (2 DM). Methods Used ulrasonic cardiogram to check and calculate the patients indexes: LAD, E/A,FS, EF and so on, then compared with elderly healthy control group. Results Compared with the contrast group, for 184 cases with 2 DM, the LAD had increased (33.0±3.5)mm and (30.0±2.3)mm, P<0.01), the E/A had decreased (0.81±0.08)% and (1.02±0.10)%, P<0.01), the FS had decreased (23.8±3.6)% and (27.3±2.1)%, P<0.01. Conclusion The elderly patients with 2 DM tend to have cardiovascular effect that usually cause the left heart hemodynamy lower remarkablly, ultrasonic cardiogram is helpful to find out the left heart hemodynamic abnormal response.
