螺旋CT三维重建在颌面部疾病诊断中的应用

摘    要:目的 :探讨螺旋 CT三维重建在诊断颌面部疾病中的应用价值及诊断的准确性。材料与方法 :对 4 3例颌面部外伤患者 ,7例颌面部骨病患者进行螺旋 CT扫描及三维重建。结果 :螺旋 CT的三维重建在显示颌面部骨折的类型、位置、范围、骨折的移位、塌陷等明显优于一般 CT,特别是对一些复合的粉碎性骨折 SSD可以显示出畸形的立体形态 ,在骨病的应用上螺旋 CT三维重建也优于一般 CT。结论 :螺旋 CT三维重建能立体、直观、完整地显示颌面部的解剖及病理解剖关系 ,增加了影像的信息量 ,为临床的治疗方案提供大量依据

Abstract:Purpose To eveluated the clinical value and diagnostic accuracy of three-dimensional reconstruction spiral CT. Materials and Methods Forty-three cases of facial fractures and seven cases of facial bone diseases were examined with spiral CT and then the images were taken three-dimensional reconstruction. Results 3D images of spiral CT were superior to the normal CT in showing the relationships of facial fractures, such as type, location, extent, displacement, collapse and especially in some compound smashed fractures with SSD it can show the space shapes of the malformation 3D images of spiral CT in the application of facial bone diseases were also superior to the normal CT. Conclusion 3D images of spiral CT show anatomic and pathologicoanatomic relationship of maxilloficial diseases more accurately and sterescopically, gain more images information, and provide more evidence to the clinical treatment.
