| 摘 要： | 目的:观察侧支循环的建立对基底动脉尖综合征(TBS)预后的影响。方法:对2002-2009年间我院收治45例基底动脉尖综合征患者行全脑血管DSA术,根据是否建立侧支循环分为2组,并通过神经功能损伤程度评分比较侧支循环建立对2组患者预后的影响。结果:治疗1月后,神经功能评分结果提示建立了侧支循环组患者治疗有效率(66.7%)明显高于未建立侧支循环组(33.3%),(P<0.05)。结论:侧支循环的建立可以有效改善基底动脉尖综合征预后,提高治愈率。 |
