双胸蚓溶栓酶抗实验性缺血性脑损伤的作用

摘    要:
为寻求双胸蚓溶栓酶抗缺血后再灌流脑损伤的作用,夹闭沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉颈前脑缺血再灌流性脑损伤。用HRP逆行追踪法在光镜下观察丘脑内标记细胞。结果表明:实验组15例150张切片中丘脑标记细胞总数为2221个,平均每张切片为14.8个,对照组15例150例张片中生脑标记细胞总数为838个,平均为5.59个,两组丘脑内各核群标记细胞的数量差异非常显著。说明双胸蚓溶栓酶对缺血后损伤的脑组织有明显的保护作用

Abstract:
The effect of bimastos thrombolytic enzyme (BTE) on brain ischemic injury in gerbil was in-vestigated by using HRP retrograde tracing technique. The cells of the thalamus were observed under light microscope. The results were as follows: The labelled cells of the thalamus in 150 sections of the test group were 2221, averagely 14. 8 cells per section, whereas those of the con-trol group were 838, averagely 5. 59 cells per section. There was a significant quantitative difference between the two groups. The results indicated that BTE had an obvious protective ef-fect on injured cerebral tissues after ischemia.
