高效液相色谱法同时测定白芷中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量

目的： 建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法定量检测白芷饮片中欧前胡素和异欧前胡素的含量。方法： 色谱柱：Agilent HC-C₁₈柱（4.6 mm×150 mm，5 μm），以甲醇-水（65：35）为流动相，柱温25℃，流速1.0 mL·min^-1，检测波长为254 nm。结果： 欧前胡素在0.045 2~0.723 2 mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 3），异欧前胡素在0.023 8~0.380 8 mg·mL^-1范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 7）。精密度及加样回收率良好。结论： 本方法灵敏度高、准确、重复性好，可用于白芷的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix angelicae by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for quantitative detection of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix angelicae.METHODS The HPLC system consisted of the Agilent HC-C₁₈(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm) column,the mobile phase consisted of methanol and water,the flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1,and the column temperature was 25℃.UV detector was set at 254 nm.RESULTS The linear response range was 0.045 2-0.723 2 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 3) for imperatorin and 0.023 8-0.380 8 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 7) for isoimperatorin.The method showed good precision and average recovery.CONCLUSION The method is highly sensitive,accurate and repeatable,and can be used for quality control of Radix angelicae.
