温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效观察

目的 观察温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法 选取2016-01~2017-03到榆林市府谷县中医医院就诊的膝关节骨性关节炎的患者62例,以抽签的方式将所有患者随机分为H组(n=31)和K组(n=31),K组采取常规措施治疗(西药口服),H组患者采取温针灸治疗,对比两组患者WOMAC评分(疼痛、晨僵、日常活动的难度、总积分)、SF-36评分(精神健康以及身体健康)以及临床疗效。结果: 经治疗H组患者WOMAC评分、SF-36评分与K组患者比较,差异显著(P<0.05);治疗后H组患者的治疗总有效率为93.55%,远高于K组(74.19%),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论: 温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的近期效果显著,不仅改善了患者疼痛、晨僵以及日常活动难度等情况,还大大改善了患者的精神健康情况以及身体健康情况,而且在一定程度上提高了治疗效果。

Therapeutic effect of warm acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis

Objective To observe the short-term effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion on knee osteoarthritis. Methods From January 2016 to March 2017, 62 patients with knee osteoarthritis were enrolled at Fugu county hospital of traditional chinese medicine in Yulin city. All patients were randomly divided into groups H(n=31) and K group (n = 31) by random drawing. The K group took conventional measures (western medicine oral), and the H group patients took warm acupuncture moxibustion. The WOMAC scores (pain, morning stiffness, difficulty of daily activities, total scores), SF-36 scores (mental health and physical health), and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups of patients. Results Compared with group K, WOMAC scores and SF-36 scores in the treated group H patients were significantly different (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was 93.55%, much higher than that of group K (74.19%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Warm acupuncture moxibustion has significant effect on the knee osteoarthritis in the near future. It not only improves the patient's pain, morning stiffness and difficulty in daily activities, but also greatly improves the patient's mental health and physical health, and it also improves to some extent. The treatment effect, in view of the significant effect of the treatment measures, is worthy of clinical reference and adoption.
