| 摘 要： | 肌骨超声能够清晰地显示软组织病变，可在床边进行。医师可根据患者临床情况，进行局部重点扫查，并在肢体活动状态下动态观察，还可以随时进行双侧对比。这些优势促进肌骨超声从日常的超声诊断中逐步延伸到急重症医学领域，充分认识肌骨超声的价值，其在急重症患者中的诊疗中将发挥重要作用。 |

| Abstract: | Musculoskeletal ultrasound can be performed by the bedside with a high resolution of soft tissue. According to patient′s status, physicians could be able to focuse on local part of soft tissue scanning. Ultrasound can be done during joints movement in real time with both sides for comparision. Musculoskeletal ultrasound will extend from routine diagnostic ultrasound to critical ill assessment. The value of musculoskeletal ultrasound should be fully aware of and would play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of acute and critical diseases. |
