急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层的外科治疗策略及其进展

急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层在临床上是一种极度危险的疾病，一旦发作大多患者都会在急性期死亡，很少有患者会迁延到慢性期，所以临床处理颇为棘手。目前该疾病的发病原因及机理尚不明确，临床最有效的治疗手段是积极采取外科手术治疗，虽然外科治疗手段一直在不断地改进、提高，但是患者的死亡率依然很高。本文就急性Stanford A型主动脉夹层的外科处理策略及目前的现状作一综述，以期为今后的研究提供有价值的参考。

Acute Stanford type A aortic dissection: surgical treatment strategy and research progress

Acute Stanford type A aortic dissection is one of the most dangerous diseases, and most of these patients die in the acute period when the disease occurs. Therefore, the clinical treatment is rather difficult, and few patients will survive to the chronic period. At present, the cause and mechanism of this disease are not clear, and the most effective treatment is surgery. Although the surgical techniques have improved constantly, the mortality of this disease is still very high. In this paper, we mainly analyze the current situation of surgical treatment of acute Stanford type A aortic dissection and briefly describe the recent progress in the research of this disease, with an aim to provide a reference for its future treatment.
