心电向量图对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断价值

目的研究心电向量图(VCG)对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死的诊断价值。 方法选取新疆兵团第一师医院2016年8月至2017年6月收治的60例陈旧性下壁心肌梗死患者作为研究对象，分别对其实施心电图(ECG)、VCG检查，对比分析两种检查的诊断符合率。 结果ECG诊断符合44例，诊断符合率为73.33%；VCG诊断符合56例，诊断符合率为93.33%。VCG诊断符合率高于ECG，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论对陈旧性下壁心肌梗死行VCG诊断的价值显著，可提高诊断符合率。

Diagnostic value of vectorcardiogram in old inferior wall myocardial infarction

ObjectiveTo study the diagnostic value of vectorcardiogram (VCG) in old inferior wall myocardial infarction. MethodsSixty patients with old inferior wall myocardial infarction treated in the First Division Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from August of 2016 to June of 2017 were selected. Electrocardiogram (ECG) and VCG examination were performed respectively, and the diagnostic coincidence rates of the two examinations were compared. ResultsThe diagnostic coincidence rates of ECG and VCG were 73.33%(44/60) and 93.33%(56/60) respectively. The diagnostic coincidence rates of VCG was higher than ECG, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). ConclusionThe diagnostic value of VCG for old inferior wall myocardial infarction is significant, which can improve the diagnostic accuracy rate.
