涎腺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤报告1例及文献系统分析

涎腺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤（Salivary glands mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma ,SGML），为无痛性，进展缓慢的恶性肿瘤，较少发生于头颈部。口腔颌面外科医生因认识不足，临床上易误诊。本文报告以1例典型多发性涎腺黏膜相关组织型淋巴瘤为案例，结合文献分析探讨涎腺黏膜相关淋巴组织型淋巴瘤的发病机制及诊疗方法。

Salivary glands mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphoma in head and neck: A case report and systematic literature review

Salivary glands mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue lymphomas (SGML) manifest as painless and low-speed malignant tumors, which rarely occur in head and neck. Clinically, this disease can be easily misdiagnosed due to the lack of understanding of oral and maxillofacial surgeons. This paper reported a typical case of multiple SGML, and then explored pathogenesis and treatment of SGML based on the account of systematic reviews.
