摘    要:
目的:统计275种常用静脉滴注药物的滴注浓度与速度,分析药物滴注浓度、速度与合理用药的关系,减少药品不良反应的发生,提高静脉滴注治疗的安全性和有效性,同时对合理用药审查软件的开发设计提供思路。方法:通过查询药典、药品说明书和专业文献,收集静脉滴注药物的滴注浓度,滴注速度要求等,并对其相关不良反应进行分析。结果:在查阅的275种静脉滴注药物中有50种药物说明书中明确标注了输液浓度范围,其中标注较多的药物种类有抗微生物药物、中药注射剂、抗肿瘤药物及消化系统药物。有63种药物标注了滴速,70种标注了输液时间。结论:滴注浓度与速度是影响输液疗效及用药安全的重要因素,在临床应用中,医师、药师及护理人员应严格执行药品说明书规定,并根据患者实际情况做相应合理的调整。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To summarize the infusion concentration and velocity of 275 intravenous infusions,analyze the relationship between the concentration and speed and rational use of drugs,reduce the occurrence of adverse drug reactions and improve the safety and efficacy of intravenous infusion therapy,provide ideas for the development and design of the rational drug use software.METHODS Chinese Pharmacopoeia,drug specifications and professional literatures were utilized to collect drug concentration and speed requirements,and analyze related adverse reaction.RESULTS Fifty drugs clearly marked the concentration ranges in the 275 intravenous infusion drugs,particularly in antimicrobial drugs,traditional Chinese medicine injections,anticancer and electrolyte acid base balance drugs.Thirty six drugs marked the drop speed,102 marked the infusion time.CONCLUSION Infusion concentration and rate are important factors affecting the efficacy and safety of intravenous infusion.In clinical applications,physicians,pharmacists and nurses should strict implement drug specifications,and do a reasonable adjustment based on the actual situations of the patients.
