摘    要:目的调查和分析与感染后咳嗽(PIC)发生相关的影响因素。方法采取Logistic回归方法,回顾性分析2012年到义乌市中心医院呼吸科门诊就诊的PIC患者80例和对照组患者70例的临床资料,探讨年龄、性别、吸烟史、家庭中有无类似疾病、有无类似咳嗽病史、有无合并症及上呼吸道感染早期(3d内)、有无咳嗽和上呼吸道感染早期(3d内)、有无治疗等因素对PIC发生的影响,确定与PIC发生相关的危险因素。结果患者有类似咳嗽疾病史和上呼吸道感染早期(3d内)未治疗两个因素是感染后咳嗽(PIC)发生的独立危险因素,P值为0.025和0.003,OR值分别为3.197和3.460。结论患者既往有咳嗽病史及发病早期未治疗的患者发生感染后咳嗽(PIC)的几率较大,对此类患者及早使用解痉、抗炎、止咳药物,可以有效减少感染后咳嗽的发生和持续时间,减轻症状,并能有效降低医疗费用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate and analyze the related factors to the postinfectious cough(PIC). Methods Logis- tic regression analysis was employed to predict the risk factors of PIC. The clinical data of 80 patients with PIC in the study group and 70 patients in the control group from respiratory out-patient department of our hospital in 2012 were ana- lyzed retrospectively. The age, gender, smoking history, similar disease in the family, similar history of cough, complica- tions, cough occurred in initial stage of upper respiratory tract infection ( 〈 3 d) , drug therapy in initial stage ( 〈 3 d) were studied to determine which one was the related risk factor for PIC. Results Similar history of cough and without treatment in initial stage of upper respiratory tract infection( 〈 3 d) were an independent risk factor for PIC, the P value were 0.025 and 0. 003,the OR value were 3. 197 and 3. 460. Conclusion The patient of similar history of cough and without treat- ment in initial stage of upper respiratory tract infection( 〈 3 d) increase the morbidity of PIC. The early use of spasmolys- is, anti-inflammatory and cough medicine can effectively reduce the incidence and duration of PCI, suppress symptoms, and help cut down medical costs.
