摘    要:目的观察斑秃患儿体内25-羟维生素D25-hydroxyvitaminD,25-(OH)VD]水平,探讨维生素D水平与儿童斑秃发病的关系。方法选择在儿童保健门诊健康体检的73例儿童作为健康对照组,皮肤科门诊120例斑秃患儿作为斑秃组,取清晨空腹静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测2组儿童血清25-(OH)VD水平。结果健康对照组儿童血清25-(OH)VD平均水平为(62.19±22.23)nmol/L,斑秃组患儿血清25.(OH)VD平均水平为(46.98±13.86)nmol/L,明显低于正常儿童,2组间比较差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。斑秃组中63例(占53.5%)血清25-(OH)VD水平低于正常值下限50nmol/L,其25-(OH)VD平均水平为(36.60±10.05)nmol/L。进展期斑秃患儿血清25-(OH)VD平均水平(47.40±14.80)nmol/L,与稳定期斑秃患儿血清25-(OH)VD平均水平(46.24±12.20)nmol/L]相比差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论斑秃患儿维生素D水平显著低于正常人,发病可能与维生素D水平低下有关。

Measurement of serum levels of 25-Hydroxyvitamin D in children with alopecia areata

Abstract:Objective To study the serum level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D 25-(OH) D 1 in children with alopecia areata, and discuss the relations between low vitamin D levels and the setting and disease activity of alopecia areata. Methods Total 73 healthy children from out-patient department were chosen as the healthy control group, 120 children with alopecia areata from out-patient department were chosen as the alopecia areata group. Draw venous blood from these subjects after an overnight fast in the morning,and enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was used to measure the serum levels of 25-hydroxyvitamin D. Results The average level of serum25- (OH) D was (62.19 ± 22.23 ) nmol/L in all healthy children ,the average level of serum 25-(OH) D was(46.98 ± 13.86) nmol/L in children with alopecia areata,significantly lower than that of healthy children( P 〈 0.01 ). Among the alopecia areata group ,63 children had VitD deficiency and their 25-(OH) VD levels (36.6 ± 10.05 ) nmol/L were lower than the lower limits of normal( 50 nmol/L). However, there was no significant difference in 25- (OH) VD levels between active areata group and steady areata group ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Low vitamin D levels may be involved in the pathogenesis of alopecia areata in children.
