可溶性髓样细胞促发因子受体-1 与冠状动脉病变的关系研究

目的检测冠状动脉病变患者血清中可溶性髓样细胞促发因子受体-1（sTREM-1）表达的变化，并探讨了其与患者病变严重程度的相关性。方法收集浙江中医药大学附属第一医院心内科2012年4月—2013年4月收治的冠心病患者84例，另取同期有类似冠心病症状但冠脉造影或CTA检查未见斑块者40例作为正常对照。冠状动脉64层螺旋CTA检测动脉粥样硬化病变的性质，sTREM-1的检测使用ELISA法。结果冠状动脉病变患者sTREM-1的表达水平为（1．84±0．35）ug/L，对照组sTREM-1的表达水平为（0．76±0．18）ug／L，2组之间差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。冠脉粥样斑块稳定组和不稳定组sTREM-1表达水平分别为（1．32±0．28）和（2．31±0．56）ug／L，统计学分析显示不稳定组sTREM-1表达水平显著高于稳定组（P〈0．05）。结论sTREM-1表达的升高是冠脉病变的一个危险因素，其水平的变化可用于冠脉病变的评估。

The expresssion of Strem-1 in coronary atherosclerotic heart disease

Objective To investigate the clinical pathology significance of triggering receptors expressed on myeloid cells 1 （ sTREM-1 ） in coronary atherosclerotie heart diease（CHD） patients and explore the relationship between sTREM-1 and CHD. Methods 84 cases of CHD patients were enrolled in this study. Another 40 no coronary atherosclerosis person were used as control. The plaques of coronary arteries were detected by MSCT angiography. The level Of serum sTREM-1 was measured by ELISA assay. Results The levels of serum sTREM-1 in CHD patients and normal control were （ 1.84 ± 0.35 ） p,g/L and （ 0.76 ±0. 18 ） ug/L, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The levels of serum sTREM-1 in stable plaque and unstable plaque group were （ 1.32 ± 0.28 ） and （2.31± 0.56） ug/L, respectively. Which was higher in unstable plaque group than in stable plaque group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion The high-level expression of sTREM-1 played a key role in the development of CHD. The detection of serum sTREM-1 could be used to predict the extent of coronary atherosclerosis in CHD patients.
