前列地尔治疗男性糖尿病足临床研究

目的研究前列地尔在糖尿病足治疗中的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析解放军某医院骨内科糖尿病足患者45例临床资料。所有患者行胰岛素强化控制血糖、皮肤溃破者局部清创、抗感染及营养神经等治疗。将糖尿病足患者按治疗方法分为两组,即观察组和对照组。观察组患者23例,在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔;对照组患者22例,在常规治疗基础上给予丹参酮注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果根据临床疗效评定标准,观察组总有效率为95.65%,对照组总有效率72.73%,前列地尔组显著高于对照组(χ2=4.499,P<0.05)。两组患者在用药过程中未出现严重不良反应。结论前列地尔具有扩张血管,抑制血小板聚集,改善微循环的作用,能够显著改善糖尿病足患者的临床症状,临床用药安全有效。

Clinical study on alprostadil for male patients with diabetic foot

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of alprostadil in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods The clinical data of 45 cases of diabetic foot in department of orthopedics were retrospectively analyzed.All patients were treated with insulin to control blood sugar,and anti-infective therapy and neurotrophic therapy for skin ulceration debridement.The patients were divided into two groups:observation group(n=23) and control group(n=22).Based on the conventional therapy,alprostadil was given in observation group,and tanshinone injection was given in control group.Clinical efficacy and side effects were compared.Results The total effective rate was 95.65% in observation group and 72.73% in control group(χ2=4.499,P<0.05).No severe side effects were found in two groups.Conclusion Alprostadil is safe and effective to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic foot.
