| 摘 要： | 对成人经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端异位的影响因素、预防、导管尖端异位与并发症的关系及异位后的处理等方面进行综述,认为护理人员应重视穿刺血管的选择、病人的体位及心理、导管置入长度和外固定及导管维护,加强护理操作人员的理论及技能培训,确保置管护理质量。 |

| Abstract: | It reviewed the influencing factors and prevention of adult PICC catheter tip ectopic,relationship between the catheter tip ectopic and complications and treatment after ectopic.It thought that nursing staff should think highly of the choice of puncture vascular and position,and psychological state of the patients,catheter insertion length and catheter external fixation and catheter maintenance,strengthening theory and skills training of nursing staff,to ensure the catheter nursing quality. |
