摘    要:目的:于急性胰腺炎(AP)大鼠观察了活血化瘀注射液(HHI-I)等对血清一氧化氮(NO)浓度的影响。方法:大鼠AP应用胆胰管内逆行注射牛磺酸钠溶液的方法引起。收集对照与治疗各组的血标本并应用NO测定试剂盒分别测定治疗前后的血清NO浓度。结果:丹参注射液(4例)未能降低AP所致的血清NO升高(P<0.05),赤芍注射液(4例)能维持血清NO于疾病前水平(P>0.05),而HHI-I(6例)则使之明显降低(P<0.05),复方HHI-I(HHI-ICO,6例)降低血清NO的作用更强(P<0.01)。结论:HHI-I等对AP大鼠血清NO的升高有明显降低作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of Huoxue Huayu injection, etc.on serum concentration of nitric oxide in rats with acute pancreatitis.Methods:Rat pancreatitis was induced by retrograde infusion of taurocholate solution into biliopancreatic duct. Blood samples of the control and treatment groups were collected and nitric oxide concentrations before and after pancreatitis were determined. Results:Danshen in jection(4 cases) could not decrease the increased level of nitric oxide induced by pancrestitis ( P<0.05 ).ChiShao injection(4 cases)could maintain the nitric oxide concentration at the level before pancreatitis( P>0.05 ).Whereas, Huoxue Huayu injection(6 cases) could decrease the high level( P<0.05 )and the composite Huoxue Huayu injection(6 cases)had even more potent reducing effect on serum nitric oxide concentration( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:Huoxue Huayu injection and the like have significant reducing effect on serum nitric oxide conentration of rats with acute pancreatitis.
