| 摘 要： | 目的探讨内镜直视下扩张术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法对15例尿道狭窄患者采用腔内泌尿外科技术治疗。结果15例尿道狭窄采用输尿管镜加筋膜扩张器、金属扩张器直接扩张,成功率为94%。结论采用内镜直视下扩张治疗尿道狭窄,具有创伤小、安全、效果好及并发症少等优点。 |

| Abstract: | [Objective] To investigate the therapeutic effect of endoscopic dilatation on urethral stricture disease. [Methods] Endoscopic surgery methods was used to treat the 15 patients with urethral stricture disease. [Results] The rigid ureteroscopy plus fascia dilator was used and the successful ratio was 94%. [Conclusion] The application of rigid ureteroscopy plus fascia dilator on urethral stricture disease has the advantages, such as little trauma, safe, satisfied effect and few complication etc. |
