加味双柏散局部外敷治疗原发性肝癌癌性疼痛的初步临床观察

目的:观察加味双柏散局部外敷治疗原发性肝癌癌痛的临床疗效。方法:将61例入组患者按疼痛程度将其分为轻度疼痛组(42例)及中重度疼痛组(19例),再分别采用随机双盲法将其纳入治疗组和对照组(轻度疼痛对照组/治疗组,中重度疼痛对照组/治疗组)。分别予双柏散或安慰剂外敷治疗7天,通过对比组间治疗后的Numerical RatingScale(NRS)疼痛评分、Karnofsky(KPS)评分及其毒副反应对其疗效及安全性进行评价。结果:治疗组患者NRS评分下降的趋势明显大于对照组,差别具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。但对于KPS评分、三大常规、肝肾功能及心电图,不同处理组间差别无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:加味双柏散局部外敷可减轻患者疼痛,其副作用小,简单易行,是治疗肝癌癌痛有效、安全、经济的治疗手段。

Preliminary Clinical Study of External Applying of Shuangbai Powder in Relieving Cancer Pain in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic efficacy of Shuangbai Powder in relieving pain in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods:61 eligible patients were divided into the group of mild pain(42 patients)and the group of moderate or severe pain(19 patients).All patients were grouped into treatment groups and control groups randomly according to the double-blind methods.Shuangbai Powder(in treatment group)or placebo(in control group)were external applied to patients for 7 days.The clinical therapeutic efficacy of Shuangbai Powder in relieving cancer pain with the numerical rating scale(NRS)of pain,Karnofsky(KPS)and safety among the two groups was assessed.Results:There were no difference between treatment groups and control groups in KPS scores,routine test of blood,urine and stool,liver and kidney function test and electrocardiogram(P>0.05).However,the downward trend of NRS scores in treatment groups was more obvious than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shuangbai Powder could relieve the pain of primary liver cancer patients.It is a safe,effective,economical and simple treatment with fewer side effects for liver cancer pain.
