| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨药浴对慢性肾脏病(CKD)发展中系膜细胞增殖的影响。方法:运用药浴疗法作用于CKD患者后的含药血清及药浴液分别作用于体外培养的肾脏系膜细胞,观察其增殖情况。结果:含药血清及药浴液对肾脏系膜细胞的增殖皆有有明显抑制作用,其中含药血清的抑制作用更强。结论:药浴改善肾功能与其延缓系膜细胞的增殖有关。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To reveal the effects of medicated bath for mesangial cells of the chronic kidney disease.Methods:Experimental research was to observe the proliferation of mesangial cells by the medicated serum and medicated bath in vitro.Results:The medicated serum and medicated bath both have effect on the proliferation of mesangial cells in vitro,and the serum is more obvious.Conclusion:Improvement of renal function by medicated bath was achieved through the delayment of the mesangial cells proliferation. |
