针刀松解对神经根型颈椎病症状体征改变的临床观察

目的:观察针刀松解治疗神经根型颈椎病症状体征的改变,评价针刀松解对神经根型颈椎病的有效性。方法:将224例符合神经根型颈椎病诊断的患者,采用随机入组分配至针刀松解治疗组116例,电针治疗对照组108例。采用积分法比较两组治疗后症状总积分,臂丛牵拉试验、椎间孔挤压试验体征积分的变化。结果:两组治疗后症状总积分、臂丛牵拉试验、椎间孔挤压试验单项积分均有显著疗效(P<0.05),且针刀组优于电针组(P<0.05)。结论:针刀松解对神经根型颈椎病的治疗是有效的。

Clinical Observation on Symptoms and Signs Changes of Cervical Spondylopathy of Nerve Root Type Treated by Needle-Knife Loose Treatment

Objective:The symptoms and signs changes of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type treated by needle-knife loose treatment were observed to evaluate the treatment effect.Methods:224 cases met the diagnosis of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,were randomly divided into needle-knife treatment group(116 cases),the electro-acupuncture treatment control group(108 cases).After treatment,the symptom total integral,brachial plexus traction test and the intervertebral hole compression test in two groups were compared by integral method.Results:After treatment,the symptom total socre,brachial plexus traction test and the intervertebral hole compression test all had the remarkable curative effect(P<0.05),and the needle-knife group was superior to the electro-acunpuncture group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The needle-knife treatment has effect on cervical spondylosis of nerve root type.
