不同产地儿茶的质量比较研究

目的:比较不同产地不同批号的儿茶的质量,为确定复方儿茶止泻霜中的儿茶的药材来源提供参考。方法:通过HPLC测定儿茶中的活性成分儿茶素和表儿茶素的含量,甲苯法测定儿茶水分含量。结果:儿茶素和表儿茶素的总含量分别为:云南070406为31.85%,云南100713为30.19%,广西990128为9.76%,广西20100118为13.80%,越南儿茶为16.31%,好望角儿茶为30.81%,印度尼西亚儿茶为27.78%。儿茶含水量分别为:云南儿茶070406为8.0%、云南儿茶100713为9.0%、广西儿茶991028为7.0%、广西儿茶20100118为8.7%、越南儿茶为8.8%、好望角儿茶为6.5%、印度尼西亚儿茶为7.4%。结论:儿茶素和表儿茶素的总含量,广西儿茶和越南儿茶低于21%,不符合药典规定;云南、好望角和印度尼西亚儿茶均大于21%,符合药典规定。各儿茶的含水量均小于17%,符合药典规定。其中云南儿茶中的儿茶素和表儿茶素总含量最高,可作为复方儿茶止泻霜中儿茶的药材来源。

Quality Study of Catechu from Different Sources

Objective:To ensure the best catechu source for the compound catechu antidiarrheal cream by comparing the quality of different producing area and different batch number catechu.Methods:HPLC method was applied to determine the contents of catechin and epicatechin,the toluene method was applied to assay the moisture content.Results:Total content of catechin and epicatechin:Yunnan catechu 070406 was 31.845%,Yunnan catechu 100713 was 30.805%,Guangxi catechu 991028 was 9.76%,Guangxi catechu 20100118 was 13.8%,Vietnam catechu was 16.31%,Cape of Good Hope catechu was 30.805%,and Indonesia catechu was 27.78%.The moisture content of catechu:Yunnan catechu 070406 was 8.0%,Yunnan catechu 100713 was 9.0%,Guangxi catechu 991028 was 7.0%,Guangxi catechu 20100118 was 8.7%,Vietnam catechu was 8.8%,Cape of Good Hope catechu is 6.5%,and Indonesia catechu was7.4%.Conclusion:The catechin and epicatechin total content of Guangxi catechu and Vietnam catechu were less than 21%,not complying with the Chinese pharmacopoeia(2010 version).The moisture contents of each catechu comply with the that in the Chinese pharmacopoeia.The catechin and epicatechin total content of Yunnan catechu is the highest,which can be used as medicinal material sources for the compound catechu antidiarrheal cream.
