电针结合水针治疗脑膜瘤术后偏瘫临床研究

目的:探讨电针结合水针对脑膜瘤术后偏瘫患者的治疗作用。方法:63例患者随机分为治疗组(电针结合水针组)32例、对照组(普通针刺结合水针组)31例;治疗前后对偏瘫患者采用NDS及BI评定患者的神经功能及日常生活活动能力。结果:两组治疗后与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),电针结合水针治疗组与普通针刺结合水针组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:电针配合水针疗法是一种积极有效的治疗脑膜瘤术后偏瘫的方法,远期疗效较近期疗效增加,电针结合水针组的治疗效果优于普通针刺结合水针组。

Clinical Observation of Electro-acupuncture and Point Injection Therapy on Treating Hemiplegia after Dursarcoma Surgery

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of electro-acupuncture and point injection therapy on treating hemiplegia after dursarcoma surgery.Methods:Sixty-three patients with hemiplegia were randomly allocated to therapeutic group(electro-acupuncture and point injection therapy)and control group(acupuncture and point injection therapy).The therapeutic effect was observed and the evaluation was made using the Neurological Deficit Score(NDS)and the Barthel Assessment(BI)before and after treatment.Results:The NDS score and the BI score were better after treatment than that before treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect was more marked in the treatment group and it had a statistically significant difference compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electro-acupuncture and point injection therapy are efficient on treating hemiplegia after dursarcoma surgery,the long-term effect is better than the short-term.The effect of electro-acupuncture and point injection therapy is generally better than acupuncture and point injection therapy.
