中医药对慢性萎缩性胃炎及胃癌前病变研究进展

慢性萎缩性胃炎以胃黏膜上皮和腺体萎缩、黏膜变薄或伴有肠腺化生、不典型增生为特征。慢性萎缩性胃炎被列为胃癌的癌前疾病或癌前状态,而在其基础上伴发的肠上皮化生和异型增生则称为胃癌的癌前病变。中医认为其病机多属虚实夹杂、本虚标实,本虚为脾胃气虚或脾胃阴虚,标实多为气滞、血瘀、痰湿(浊)为患。中医治疗本病无论在临床还是在实验方面均取得了较好的成绩,积累了大量有效的经验。
