中医药治疗糖尿病肾病临床路径的构建及规范化临床评价

目的:探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病临床路径的构建方法,评价该临床路径对患者住院天数、住院费用及临床疗效等指标的影响。方法:构建并执行中医药治疗糖尿病肾病临床路径,路径组150例患者按临床路径实施诊疗,对照组150例患者按医疗常规完成治疗,观察2组患者平均住院天数、平均住院费用、病死率及患者满意度等指标的变化。结果:路径组与对照组相比平均住院天数缩短、住院费用减少、临床疗效有所提高,统计学处理有显著性意义。结论:执行中医药治疗糖尿病肾病临床路径能够缩短患者住院天数、减少费用、提高临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Establishment of TCM Therapy for Diabetic Nephropathy and Standardization of Clinical Evaluation

Objective:To discuss the establishment clinical pathway of TCM treating diabetic nephropathy(DN)and evaluate the influence on hospital days,hospitalization expenses and clinical effect index.Methods:The clinical pathway of TCM treating DN was established and carried on.The pathway group contained 150 case,which were treated with TCM therapy.The 150 cases in control group were given routine therapy.The average hospital days,hospitalization expenses,mortality and satisfaction degrees in two groups were observed and compared.Results:The average hospital days,hospitalization expenses and clinical effect in pathway group were superior to those in control group,with significant difference.Conclusion:TCM therapy for DN can reduce the hospital days and expenses and improve the clinical effect,which is worthy of application.
