自拟通脑饮治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀阻络证220例

目的:观察自拟通脑饮治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀阻络证的临床疗效。方法:将220例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组110例和对照组110例,两组均予常规基础治疗,治疗组加用通脑饮,分别于首诊日,治疗第7天、14天、21天观察中医临床疗效及神经功能缺损变化、生活能力状态,并记录危险因素及血管情况。结果:治疗组有效率95.4%,明显高于对照组的80.9%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组NIHSS评分较治疗前显著下降、Barthel指数较前显著升高(均P<0.05);治疗组NIHSS评分、Barthel指数较对照组差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:通脑饮治疗急性脑梗死痰瘀阻络证临床疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗,显著改善患者神经功能缺损症状和生活能力状态。

Clinical Observation on Efficacy of Tongnao Decoction on Treating 220 Cases of Acute Cerebral Infarction with Symptom of Phlegm and Blood Stasis

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Tongnao decoction on treating acute cerebral infarction with symptom of phlegm and blood stasis.Methods:220 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(110 cases)and control group(110 cases),on the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment group was administrated Tongnao decoction.Both groups were evaluated by the Chinese clinical efficacy,NIHSS score and Barthel Index on 0d,7d,14d and21d,then compared between two groups.Meanwhile,record the risk factors and conditions of vascular.Results:There were significant differences(P<0.05)between treatment group(95.4%)and control group(80.9%).The NIHSS score in two groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,while Barthel index was significantly higher than that before treatment on 14d and 21d(P<0.05).Furthermore,the effects were more obviously in treatment group on 21d(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongnao decoction could improve clinical effects and NIHSS score and Barthel Index obviously in acute cerebral infarction with symptom of phlegm and blood stasis.
