复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片治疗中晚期癌痛的疗效观察

目的:观察复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片治疗中、重度癌痛的近期疗效及不良反应。方法:120例癌痛患者随机分成治疗组(60例)和对照组(60例),分别给予复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片治疗和羟考酮缓释片治疗。结果:治疗组癌痛中度缓解7例,明显缓解29例,完全缓解18例,疼痛缓解率96.4%;对照组癌痛中度缓解16例,明显缓解18例,完全缓解10例,疼痛缓解率77.2%。两组间疼痛缓解率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组治疗后的生活质量均较用药前明显改善,但治疗组较对照组改善更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合羟考酮缓释片能有效地控制中重度癌痛患者,并能明显改善患者的生活质量。

Treatment Observation on Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Oxycodone for Moderate or Severe Cancer Pain

Objective:To observe the short-term efficacy,adverse reaction of Compound Kushen Injection combined with Oxycodone for moderate to severe cancer pain.Methods:120 patients with cancer pain were randomly assigned to Compound Kushen Injection combined with Oxycodone(trial group)group or oxycodone alone(control group)group.Results:The total responsive rate was 96.4% in the trial group,of which,7 cases showed moderate relief,29 showed apparent relief and 18 showed comlpete relief;the total responsive rate was 77.2 % in the control group,of which,16 cases showed moderate relief,18 showed apparent relief and 10 showed comlpete relief.There were significant differences between two groups in excellent efficacy(P<0.05).Quality of life scores among patients in the trail group were significant higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Kushen Injection combined with Oxycodone has satisfactory efficacy for cancer pain,which in turn improves the quality of life of the patients.
