中西医护理结合养老模式的实践研究

目的:探讨中西医护理结合养老模式对老年人群生存质量的影响。方法:对79例养老院老年人实施为期5个月的中西医护理结合特色养老模式,强化教育和指导,制定计划,有针对性、分步骤、责任制护理。结果:采用中西医护理结合养老模式后,养老院老年人血脂、生存质量等指标有明显降低(P均<0.05),其中生理领域和社会关系领域的降低最为显著。结论:养老院老年人通过中西医护理结合特色养老模式的应用,对提高老年人生存质量、降低养老成本有明显的效果,对促进老年产业的发展有积极影响。

Study on Nursing Model with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Beadhouse

Objective:To explore the influence of nursing model with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine on the quality of life in beadhouse.Methods:79 cases of the elders were included,using the nursing model with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in a period of 5 months,including highlighting the education and guidance,making plans,with nursing of pertinence,procedures and responsibility.Results:The fasting blood-fat and quality of life scores had decreased obviously(P<0.05).Among all the dimensionalities,the decreases of physiological function and social relations were the most significant.Conclusion:The application of nursing model with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for the beadhouse elders has obvious effect on improving the quality of life and reducing pension costs and has positive impact on promoting the development of older industries.
