摘    要:
[目的]:为了增加鼻咽癌的诊断和预后判定指标。[方法]应用抗增殖细胞核抗原(抗PCNA)单克隆抗体PC10,采用SP 免疫组化方法和 AgNORs图像定量分析技术,对有确切随访结果的 78例鼻咽鳞状细胞癌和 22例鼻咽粘膜组织标本进行了定量 研究。[结果]经PCNA阳性反应计算出的增殖指数(PI)和图像分析的AgNORs计数及其颗粒总面积均与NPC分化程度高度相关, 随NPC分化程度的增高而减少;PCNA阳性反应增殖指数与AgNORs计数与5年生存率呈负相关(P<0.01)。[结论]认为PCNA的 表达和 AgNORs图像分析技术有助于 NPC分化程度及预后的判断。

Abstract:
Purpose] To search the factors of diagnosis and prognosis for nasopharyngeal carcinoma(NPC). [Methods] The expression of PCNA and AgNORs count or AgNORs area in 78 cases of nasopharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma and 22 cases of nasopharyngitis epithelia were quantitatively studied by SP immunostaining of monoclonal antitaly(PC-10) and image analysis system. [Results] The results showed that the proliferating index (PI) of PCNA positive cells and the AgNORs count or AgNORs area of NPC cells were both closely related to the degree of NPC histological differentiation,which decreased with the increasing degree of histological differentiation of NPC. Survival analysis showed that the PI of PCNA and the results of AgNORs count or area image analysis in surgical patients were also related to the 5 years survival rate. [Conclusions] The results suggest that immunostaining of PCNA and AgNORs image analysis are useful in evaluating the malignant degree and the prognosis of NPC.
