2005年山东省2个克山病病村中居民病情与发病相关因素调查

[目的]掌握山东省克山病病情及发病相关因素的动态变化,为科学指导克山病防治提供依据.[方法]2005年4～5月在克山病重病区莒县和邹城市分别选择1个村,对全村常住人群进行克山病病情调查,检测发硒和粮食硒.[结果]管家坡村调查545人,检出克山病人15例,患病率为2.75%,异常心电图检出率为11.03%;榆官庄村调查523人,检出克山病人22例,患病率为4.20%,异常心电图检出率15.87%.2个村粮食硒含量分别为0.010～0.024 mg/kg和0.013～0.020 mg/kg,发硒含量分别为0.275 mg/kg、0.319 mg/kg.[结论]监测点仍有克山病患者,粮食处于低硒水平.

Investigation on Morbidity and the Related Factors of Keshan Disease in Shandong province in 2005

[Objective]To understand the morbidity and dynamic changes of the related factors of Keshan disease in Shandong Province in order to provide scientific basis for its prevention and treatment.[Methods]Morbidity of Keshan disease of all the residents in Ju County and Zoucheng City in 2005 was investigated and the selenium level in hair and grain were also tested.[Results]In Guanjiapo village,22 of 545 persons suffered Keshan disease,the morbidity was 2.75%,the positive rate of abnormal electrocardiogram was 11.03%.In Yuguanzhuang village,15 of 523 persons suffered Keshan disease,the morbidity was 4.20%,the positive detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram was 15.87%.The selenium level in grain was 0.010-0.024 mg/kg and 0.013-0.020 mg/kg respectively,while the selenium level in hair was 0.275 mg/kg and 0.319 mg/kg respectively.[Conclusion]There were still patients with Keshan disease in monitoring sites.The selenium level in grain in those sites was low.
