| 摘 要： | 骨质疏松症发病率逐年上升,缺少根治的办法,其中健康教育是预防骨质疏松症最经济、有效的手段之一。文章综述了预防骨质疏松健康教育的对象、国内外预防骨质疏松健康教育的内容和方法以及相关的效果评价工具及效果。

| Abstract: | The incidence of osteoporosis is increasing year by year, but it lacks effective cure method at present. Health education is one of the most effective and economical means in osteoporosis prevention. This article reviewed the subjects,contents and methods of osteoporosis prevention education,as well as the evaluation tools and effectiveness of osteoporosis prevention education. |
