| 摘 要： | 目的建立白芍、党参、白术、茯苓、甘草、当归、川芎的薄层色谱鉴别方法.方法采用薄层色谱法.结果薄层色谱方法可检测出白芍、党参、白术、茯苓、甘草、当归、川芎.结论该方法适用于八珍片的定性鉴别.

| Abstract: | Objective The quality standard of Bazhen Tablet (Dangshen, Baizhu, Tuckahoe, Liquorice, Angelica, Chuanxiong, Baishao, Dried orange peel). Method Set up the distinguishing method of the thin layer chromatograms of Baishao, Dangshen, Baizhu, Tuckahoe, Liquorice, Angelica, Chuanxiong. Result The qualitative method can examine Baishao, Dangshen, Baizhu, Tuckahoe, Liquorice, Angelica, Chuanxiong. Conclusion This method is suitable for the quality control of Baizhen Tablet. |
